Unraveling Potential
Unlock Your Edge
You feel it, don’t you? That itch under the surface. You’re built for more, but something’s holding you back. The rules don’t fit. The roadmap never made sense. Good. You’re not here to follow. Tear up the script. Sunder your old beliefs and climb aboard. I help renegades like you reclaim your fire, cut through the noise, and build something that refuses to ask for permission.

THE YA Sessions
(BECAUSE LIFE DOESN'T COME WITH A MANUAL)
I’ve worked with high-level execs, ambitious entrepreneurs, and even members of military special forces (shout out to The Honor Foundation). I’ve helped people break past limits and step into who they were always meant to be. That kind of work lights me up.But there’s one group I keep coming back to—the ones still finding their footing. Young adults. The ones staring down the future with more questions than answers. The ones who’ve got the fuel but haven’t had the space to let it ignite.Enter: The YA Sessions. When I was 18, I felt like I was supposed to have it all figured out. (I didn’t). I was comparing myself to people who weren’t carrying the same weight, trying to make choices without the clarity or confidence I needed. If I’d had someone in my corner—someone who could listen, ask the right questions, and help me find my way—I would’ve found my edge sooner. That’s what Unraveling Potential is all about.
Helping people drown out the noise, tap into what matters, and cultivate a future that actually fits them.Because life doesn’t unfold in straight lines. It comes at you sideways—with plot twists, pivots, and pressure. And when you’re in the middle of it? Sometimes you just need someone in your corner. Someone who gets it and knows how to guide with an objective POV.By 10th or 11th grade, the questions start rolling in:
“So… what’s next?”
Cue the internal crash out and blank stare. You’re not alone. A 2022 YouScience survey found that over 75% of grads felt unprepared to make college or career decisions. No surprise! School teaches you a lot, but it rarely helps you figure yourself out. That’s why I built The YA Sessions.
A bold, low-pressure space for 16–20-year-olds who want clarity, connection, and a plan that actually feels like your own.We meet in person three times. Small group. Max of 6 people. Each session is 90 minutes so, yeah, you’ll be heard. We dig into your values, your interests, what lights you up, and how to build real connections that matter. No fluff. No judgment. Just honest conversations, powerful tools, and a space to map out YOUR path.

About Me
Hi! I'm Becca. Unraveling Potential began as a passion project—rooted in reflection, driven by purpose, and born from late nights, bold moves, and the kind of soul-searching that doesn’t flinch.A year after completing my coaching program, I attended an alumni event. As I scanned the room, one thing became clear: I was one of the youngest people there, by at least a decade. That moment crystallized something I’d felt for a long time: I’d been figuring it all out without a map, a mentor, or a safety net. The journey was raw. It was trial by fire, but it forged something fierce.I've worked for companies of all sizes—from global powerhouses to scrappy startups, and everything in between. That range taught me how to adapt, lead, and push boundaries in just about any environment.Today, I work with ambitious humans who are ready to break the mold. Leaders. Founders. Future movers and shakers. People who know there’s another level and are audacious enough to go after it. If you’ve got the spark, I’ll help you turn it into a wildfire. In addition to coaching, I offer advising and mentorship to rising leaders and founders who are building something bold. Whether you're navigating growth, scaling your team, or just trying to figure out what the hell comes next, I'm here to help you cut through the noise and chart your course with confidence.I got my start at the University of Houston with a degree in Organizational/Corporate Communication. I earned my MBA from Norwich University, then leveled up with a Leadership and Performance coaching certification from Brown. That gave me the framework. Life gave me the fire.If you’re done playing small and ready to unlock what’s possible, you’re in the right place. Let’s find your edge.

Leadership and Performance Coaching
You’ve done the work. Built a career. Made the moves. From the outside, it looks like you’ve got it handled, and most days, you do.But something’s off.
You feel it in your gut.
What used to drive you doesn’t hit the same. You’re moving, but the momentum isn’t yours anymore. That’s where I come in.Coaching isn’t just for breakdowns. It’s for when you’re ready for more—and done with the BS.You don’t need motivation. You need clarity.
You don’t need another five-step framework. You need someone who will cut through the noise and ask you the questions no one else will. This is the work we do:
Strip it down.
Look at what’s real.
Get clear on what matters.
Then move—deliberately, unapologetically, and on your terms.Unraveling Potential is built for people who are done coasting.
For the ones who want to own their next chapter instead of drifting into it.My 1:1 sessions are raw, honest, and tailored to you. I ask the tough questions.
No fluff. No hand-holding. Just straight-up support, sharp tools, and a space where you don’t have to perform.Unravel what they told you success should look like. Define it for yourself.
Coaching isn’t some stiff, corporate checklist. It's not therapy, mentorship, or consulting. It’s a client-focused, high-voltage process that’s all about turning up the volume on your potential. It’s a safe, collaborative space, but don’t confuse safe with soft. This is where we challenge limits, not coddle them.We work as partners, eye to eye, shoulder to shoulder. No hierarchy, no "guru" nonsense. It’s exploratory and full of discovery, where you get to dig deep, shake things up, and surface the gold that’s already inside you. Coaching with me is generative. We’re not just solving problems; we’re creating new possibilities. It’s developmental, building your skills, sharpening your edge, and helping you evolve into the version of yourself you haven’t met yet.And here’s the plot twist: you have the solution. Always have. I just help you find the door and kick it open.A mentor is your personal rockstar guide—someone who's been there, done that, and now wants to help you crush your goals.
What is Coaching?
- Coaching: You're stuck in patterns you can't break, you want accountability and traction, and you're ready to be challenged. I hold the map, you decide what direction we go.
- Advising: You want help with strategic decisions, or you need clear, direct input. Perfect for someone who needs expert guidance.
- Mentorship: You need a sounding board; someone who gets it. You want to feel seen and heard. This is for you if you want encouragement with direction.
I specialize in Leadership and Performance coaching. We keep the topics business and career-related. My clients range from professionals like attorneys, to military Special Ops and upper management. However, I do offer a program for young adults preparing for life post-high school.
Coaching is available to anyone in a leadership role, and small business owners and entrepreneurs. I offer mentorship to those who are not currently in a leadership role.
Coaching is a 3-month commitment, minimum. Everyone has different needs and we will discuss that during your discovery call. Your needs determine the timeline.
It would be incredibly difficult to apply a one-size-fits-all price to various services. Coaching packages start at $2400 for 3 months. Advising starts at $250/hour and Mentorship for young professionals starts at $150/ 50-minutes. Your price might look different based on your needs.
The discovery call is essentially an interview for both of us. You're paying for a service that requires trust and comfortability. I want to be sure that we're a good fit for each other. No coach is meant to work with every single person. (Beware of those that claim to be).
Coaching is about thinking deeply and reflecting. If you're looking for advice, then mentorship or advising would be a better option.
Absolutely. My training was through an accredited ICF program, and I comply with the ICF Core Values and Ethical Principles. Please note that while coaches have a code of ethics, we are not legally bound by HIPPA laws.
If it's not working, we talk about it early, openly, and honestly. Coaching is a two-way street. I have to ask the right questions, and you have to be coachable. If you're not getting what you need, we will pivot. If it's just not working out, we'll go our separate ways.
Sessions should be cancelled 48 hours in advance. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to sessions that aren't within the cancellation window. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied to no-call/no-shows.
You won't get vague platitudes or scripted responses. I'm not here to crush you, but I'm not here to coddle you either. I focus on transformations, not transactions. Your wins are my wins. If you want a yes person whose main goal is to make you feel good, I'm not it. If you want someone who will challenge you and help you grow, you're in the right place.
I do occasionally offer group coaching and team building facilitation. Please reach out using the contact form and note exactly what you're looking for.
Coaching, advising, and mentorship all require the individual to be in a different mindset. We can discuss your needs during our discovery call and customize a bespoke package tailored to your needs.
