Life’s full of transitions and plot twists. Some are easy. Others? Complete chaos. Ever catch yourself thinking, “This would be so much easier if I had someone to talk this through with”?Sure, parents and older family members can be helpful—but sometimes, even after all the chats, you’re still stuck. That’s when having a coach in your corner can make a huge difference.By the time you hit 10th or 11th grade, people start asking: “So… what are you doing after high school?” (Cue the internal screaming.)You’re not alone. A 2022 YouScience survey found that over 75% of grads felt unprepared to make college or career choices. And honestly? That tracks. You’ve been in school forever—how are you suddenly supposed to know what to do next?That’s exactly why we created the Unraveling Potential young adult cohort.
It’s called The YA Sessions—a chill, no-pressure space for 16–20-year-olds who want to figure out what actually matters to them.The cohort consists of three in-person sessions (1.5 hours each), with a small group of up to 6 people—so yeah, you’ll actually be heard.We’ll dig into your values, interests, goals, and how to build connections that matter. No fluff. Just real talk, helpful tools, and space to think about what you want in life.
THE YA SESSIONS - FAQ
Only for 1:1 coaching.
Coaching requires an individual's undivided attention. Virtual group sessions allow for too many distractions and make it difficult to read body language.
No, I am not a licensed therapist and this is not therapy. Our coaching sessions are designed to support personal growth and goal achievement rather than serving as psychotherapy.
The groups will have no more than 6 peers.
No, there are no makeup sessions provided. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions. We encourage you to sign up for dates you know for certain you will be able to attend.
Sometimes, we need to explore a little more to really figure things out. Our individual coaching sessions are perfect for deep dives.
Full refunds are issued up to 14 days before the cohort begins. 50% refunds will be issued up to 7 days before the cohort begins. Any cancellations past that time will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
Maybe, but it's not guaranteed. The goal of the cohort isn't to land on one specific path, but it's great if you do!

No, If you do not think your child is ready to embark on a journey like this on their own, then they are not ready for this kind of program. Nobody other than the peers will be allowed in the room.
We suggest bringing a bottle of water and a sweater. Meeting rooms can be cold sometimes.

Unraveling Potential began as a passion project—rooted in reflection and driven by purpose.A year after completing my coaching program, I attended an alumni event. As I scanned the room, one thing became clear: I was easily one of the youngest people there, by at least a decade. That moment crystallized something I had felt for a long time—I'd been navigating my path without a roadmap. The journey was challenging, but those early experiences forced me to grow fast and learn even faster.Over time, I’ve had the privilege of working with high-level executives, ambitious entrepreneurs, and even military special forces members. Helping others is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my life.Despite these accomplishments, I kept thinking about a group that often gets overlooked: young adults. The ones still figuring things out, still asking big questions, still searching for direction. Enter The YA Sessions.I remember feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to have it all figured out when I was 18. I was comparing myself to my peers who didn't share the same circumstances as me. If I’d had someone to help me unpack those questions—someone who could listen, guide, and challenge me—I might’ve stepped into my potential sooner.That’s what Unraveling Potential is about: giving people the support I wish I had. Helping them clarify what matters, unlock what’s possible, and confidently build a life that feels like their own. No matter what their age is.
